REQUIREMENTS...

venue supplies:

  • Electricity: 30 amps

  • Water

  • Space requirement: 60' wide X 50' deep  for trailer, track and safety zone

  • Substrate: grass is preferable, however, the show can be set up on dirt or asphalt. Stakes may be driven through asphalt but will be patched after show closes

  • Pine shavings: 1 bale per day (if track is set up on dirt or asphalt, venue must supply 12 bales for run-of-event and provide removal after event.)

The Wild West Turkey Stampede supplies:

  • Lights

  • Sound   

  • 30-foot bright white "rodeo" trailer 

  • White powder coated racetrack fencing

  • Color coordinated banners and flags 

  • Six foot, lighted  inflatable turkey.
